Go to parkdowntown.org. ![]() Interactive Sunflower Foundation View Web Site The 2009 Annual Report for the Sunflower Foundation was published in its entiretly online, with a new section of the website dedicated to telling the story of the year and presenting the traditional financial disclosures. A printed direct mail piece featured short versions of the online content and directed readers to the website. ![]() Interactive Wichita Downtown Development Corporation View Web Site WDDC needed a look and a message to capture the exciting progress of Wichita's downtown. As Downtown Wichita develops a Master City Plan, the site will inform current and potential residents about the progress. Visitors are invited to join public forums, blog about downtown issues and sign up for e-news updates. ![]() Interactive Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce View Web Site The Chamber of Commerce is an active, diverse organization with a staff devoted to true communication, not content to simply post information and walk away. The new site is illustrative of the changes in user experience, interactive capabilities and expectations for an expanded online presence. As with all H+W websites, the site is built with custom content management tools that allow Chamber staff to update content easily. ![]() Interactive goPLAYkansas View Web Site Instead of a static comprehensive recreation plan for south-central Kansas that would reside on a shelf, Howerton+White suggested a solution. Create a website that would take inaccessible data and turn it into a robust database that could be searched by users, returning the desired results based on their current or desired location and, the park, trail or activity for which they are searching. ![]() Interactive Wesley Medical Center View Web Site In the “Right Care. Right Time.” campaign for Wesley, H+W created a campaign website. The seven-page site presents additional information about the services mentioned in TV and print. Each page features one of Wesleys leading areas of care. For instance, Patient Care features Chief Nursing Officer Kathy Neely, information about Wesleys Patient Care initiatives, a :60 video, and Medical Minutes featured during local newscasts. ![]() Mobile Interactive Wichita River Festival View Web Site For Wichita RiverFest 2009 H+W introduced a new way to navigate Wichita's signature event — a mobile website. The online guide featured event information, food court menus and prices, maps and a calendar. H+W created a “touch-targeted” event guide for Apple iPhones, and accessed on other smart phones as well. The interactive guide was a substantial change from traditional event brochures. ![]() Interactive KeyCentrix View Web Site H+W recently designed a new website for KeyCentrix, a pharmaceutical software system. Programmer, Alan Kennedy, says, “The features that really distinguish KeyCentrixs website are the incorporated flash messaging, and the integration of static content with dynamic animation.” The changes have allowed KeyCentrix to better communicate its products and services to customers. ![]() Interactive Sedgwick County Zoo View Web Site Sedgwick County Zoo is the number one outdoor family tourist attraction in Kansas. This simple, straightforward site is unique among their competitors and communicates the companys commitment to excellence in all they do. ![]() Interactive Cat Hospital of Wichita View Web Site A streamlined, cool cat graphic offers a brand direction for the Cat Hospital of Wichitas new web site and business identity materials. ![]() Interactive Positive Directions View Web Site As part of an overall re-branding effort for Positive Directions, H+W created a new logo with a warm red and grey as the new brand palette and brought this identity alive on the web. The design is modern and clean. Both the colors and design are reflected in all new identity materials. ![]() Interactive Kansas Air National Guard View Web Site The Kansas Air National Guard unit located in Wichita was the first in the country to convert to an all-intelligence mission. H+W won the right to inform the community about the new mission. The campaign included three TV spots and this one-page informational web page to help recruit new members.
